ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively to conduct risk-based audits
of ADM or third party facilities throughout the United StatesLearn
business objectives, risks to meeting objectives, and controls to
mitigate those risksPrepare, review and logically document testing
proceduresProvide ADM leadership with information, analysis and
recommendationsJob RequirementsStrong communication,
analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills and a solutions
focused mindset are necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing
environmentSTRENGTHS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEAble to complete an
internship in the summer (May/June-August 2024)Must be
geographically flexible to relocate to Decatur, ILCurrently
pursuing a BA or BS in Accounting or a business-related field with
a minimum of six credit hours in Accounting coursesPreferred GPA of
3.0 and aboveStrong presentation and interpersonal skills, both
verbal and writtenCritical thinking skills and ability to breakdown
complex problemsDesire to work in an effective team
environmentAbility to successfully work through conflictsCapable of
balancing multiple projects and prioritiesAbility to travel
approximately 50 percent of the timeAbility to climb ladders up to
