Job Description HR Data & Analytics Senior Manager - Chicago,
Decatur IL, Erlanger KYThis is a full-time, exempt position.Job
Summary:We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead the
development of the global HR team's data and analytics strategy in
order to support data-driven decision making across ADM.
In addition to the drive and thought leadership you will bring as
HR's own analytics architect and your contribution to ADM's
cross-functional D&A community, you will lead a small team of
HR-dedicated reporting & analytics specialists geographically
dispersed across the U.S, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC as they collaborate
with HR Business Partners, HR COEs and senior business leaders
regarding people analytics and reporting requirements and
opportunities.
You and your team will lead and inspire the HR team's analytics
maturity journey, telling compelling stories with data, fostering
data literacy and developing their capability and confidence to
leverage data to derive business insights.
You will also collaborate closely with the enterprise analytics
team within IT in relation to technological enablement of reporting
and analytics requirements.

you!Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Collaborate with Global
Process Owner for HR, HR leadership, and other key stakeholders to
understand global, regional, and local business objectives, HR
priorities and IT enablement opportunities.Develop and execute a
comprehensive HR analytics strategy aligned with organizational
goals.Build standards and best practices around people analytics
for a global audience.Team Leadership:Lead and manage a global team
of HR data analysts, providing direction, mentorship, and support
them as they:Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports,
and visualizations to communicate HR metrics and trends
effectively.Generate reports and dashboards that communicate key HR
analytics findings to HR leadership and other relevant
stakeholders.Manage activities to ensure adherence that Board
reporting requirements and US-focused Compliance reports (EEO,
Affirmative Action, etc) and are met in a timely manner.Provide
training and documentation to HR professionals and other end users
on how to effectively self-serve HR analytics tools and
reports.
Support standard interpretation, output and use of HR data.Foster a
collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages
continuous learning and development.Data Management:Oversee the
collection, integration, and analysis of HR-related data from
various sources, such as HRIS, talent management systems and
employee surveys into single source of truth owned and maintained
by HR Data & Analytics team.Identify additional data points that
would increase value of HR reporting and liaise with process owners
to assess feasibility of adding to the HR data modelOversee and
optimize data governance and quality assurance processes,
partnering as required with teams that maintain data to help
maximize data accuracy and reliability.Analysis and
Reporting:Partner with business users and leaders in
problem-solving approaches, translating business problems to
analytics needs.Conduct advanced analytics to derive meaningful
insights into HR metrics, trends, and employee behavior.Proactively
explore new analytics techniques and methodologies to enhance the
effectiveness of HR analytics .Develop the capability of your team
members to do the same.Technology and Tool Management:Stay abreast
of emerging trends in HR analytics tools and technologies.Monitor
the performance of HR analytics solutions and continuously identify
opportunities for improvement.Evaluate and recommend tools that
enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR analytics processes,
collaborating closely with IT Business Partners supporting the HR
function and with the IT team responsible for ADM's enterprise
analytics strategy and tools to influence technology roadmap
decisions.Metrics and KPI Development:Work with HR teams to
identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to
workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, employee
engagement, and other HR functions.Establish benchmarks and
performance metrics to measure HR effectiveness.Cross-Functional
Collaboration:Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal and other
departments to integrate HR analytics into broader organizational
analytics initiatives.Act as a liaison between HR analytics and
other business functions to gather requirements and ensure
alignment with HR and organizational objectives.Liaise with IT
counterparts to ensure HR data and HR analytics requirements are
included appropriately within enterprise analytics strategies, are
enabled by enterprise tools and infrastructure and benefit from
synergies with enterprise analytics expertise and initiatives.
Compliance and Ethics:Ensure HR analytics processes comply with
data privacy regulations and ethical standards. Implement and
uphold security and privacy measures to protect sensitive HR
data.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Industrial
Organizational Psychology or in a quantitative related field such
as data science business analytics, statistics, or mathematics.5+
years of experience in HR analytics with a leading global HRIS
system, preferably SuccessFactors.Fluent in telling the story to
both technical and non-technical audiences,Ability to work at and
influence at all levels of the organization.Able to build strong
collaborative relationships across HR COEs, HR Business Partner
teams and with Analytics & Master Data teams in other functions3+
years leadership and team management experience.Experience in
consolidating, analyzing and summarizing large confidential data
sets and multiple data sources, ability to distill complex
information into a digestible format.Deep understanding of HR
practices and processes.Knowledge of data analysis tools/languages
and visualization tools
(e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).Great curiosity, enthusiasm,
