ABOUT THE POSITION Perform accountings duties as required, specifically focusing on accounts receivable and other clerical related tasks. A/R experience preferred but not required. JOB FUNCTIONS Reviews all invoice for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.Process Freight invoices.Maintains all account receivable reports, spreadsheets.Assists in monthly closings.Filing Check Runs Vendor Verification for ACHs. ACH Payment/Remittances Vendor terms/Vendors Inactivity Reviews Reconcile Vendor Statement Perform filing and coping. Adjust accounts as needed Assembles and processes overnight shipments. Monday through Friday, 07:00 am to 04:00 pm. Compensation details: 20-28 Hourly Wage PI76c0a86457d3-4122
