Decatur, Illinois is seeking a full-time, permanent ENT Physician
to join their team! New Graduates are welcome to apply! Pay Range:
$625,000 – $650,000 yearly The ENT Physician Job Description: -
Full-time, direct hire opportunity - Mon-Fri, clinic hours - Up to
$15K relocation assistance - Great leadership and administration
team! The ENT Physician Minimum Qualifications: - MD/DO from an
accredited medical program - Physician Licensed or eligible for
license to practice medicine in Illinois - Board certified or board
eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies) - Licensed by the
Federal Drug Enforcement Administration - General ENT physician
