Job Description:
Andy Frain Services is seeking a professional Licensed Guard to
join our dedicated team, providing top-tier security services in
the aviation and events sectors. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our
customers and clients by monitoring premises and personnel. With
our commitment to tailored security solutions, this role is crucial
in enforcing property rules and regulations, responding to
emergencies, and delivering exemplary customer service. Monitor,
patrol, and respond to emergency situations at various sites
including aviation and event locations. Check identification and
access permissions for visitors, preventing unauthorized access.
Write detailed reports on incidents and daily activities. Operate
detection devices to screen individuals and prevent prohibited
items from entering restricted areas. Collaborate with law
enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary. Strong
observational skills Ability to operate security equipment and
software Effective communication and interpersonal skills Problem
solving and quick decision-making abilities Physical fitness to
patrol and handle potential physical confrontations Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
State-mandated guard license First Aid and CPR certifications
preferred Additional training or certification in security services
