This role involves managing appointment scheduling systems, ensuring optimal patient flow and a high level of coordination within our medical facilities. The successful candidate will use innovative tools and systems to efficiently schedule patient appointments, procedures, and manage provider calendars, reflecting our commitment to excellence in patient care and outcomes. Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, tests, and procedures using healthcare management systems. Communicate effectively with patients to inform them of their appointments, preparation instructions, and other related information. Work closely with healthcare providers to manage and update their schedules to ensure optimal use of their time. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with other departments to improve scheduling processes and patient experience. Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to scheduling and provide exceptional customer service. Proficiency in using medical software for scheduling and data management Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience in customer service or patient care environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in medical office management or health administration is a plus.
