As a pioneer in energy solutions, Constellation seeks a visionary and dynamic Director of Site Operations to lead our operational initiatives in gas, oil, and electric sectors. This role is fundamental in assuring operational excellence across our multiple sites, ensuring that we deliver consistent, safe, and environmentally responsible energy to our nationwide customers. You will hold a pivotal role in steering our operations in alignment with evolving energy trends and regulatory landscapes. Oversee daily operations at various energy production and distribution facilities ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Develop and implement strategies aimed at promoting operational efficiency and maximizing profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards. Coordinate and collaborate with other senior leaders to align operational activities across multiple departments within the company. Lead, mentor, and manage site managers and other operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Prepare and manage the operational budget, and ensure efficient energy production and resource allocation. Implement robust risk management processes and safety protocols to minimize accidents and increase site safety. Ensure all site operations adhere to environmental laws and policies to support sustainability initiatives. Proven leadership and management skills Expertise in operational strategy and resource management Strong understanding of the energy sector, particularly in gas, oil, and electric Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in industry-specific software and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k PE (Professional Engineer) License PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred OSHA Certification in Safety Management
