About The Position
The Substation Design and Construction Engineer is responsible for
engineering design, technical support, and project management for
distribution and sub-transmission substations. Primary
responsibility will be designs associated with the replacement of

Develop engineering solutions, cost estimates, and work scope, for
the efficient replacement of aging assets while at the same time
maximizing the benefits of new technologies offered by new
equipment and modern construction methods.
Perform work order estimates, secure funding, and develop

accredited college or university required. Bachelor of Science
Degree in other engineering disciplines will be considered for
applicants with five or more years of substation related
experience. Active commitment to obtain Professional Engineer
(P.E.) License is preferred. Prefer substation design, maintenance,
