THE OPPORTUNITY Our Process Safety Engineer role is fundamentally important to Primient plant operations. Key responsibilities: Process Safety Engineer Pursuing a deep understanding of product development and design of the manufacturing process.Embedding a process safety management culture in our EHS management system.Coordinating compliance, audits, reviews, inspections, and training.Providing regulatory interpretation and technical support on process safety matters and site projects.Introducing Process Safety Performance indicators.Coaching and mentoring employees on their responsibilities within process safety management. ABOUT YOU You will an experience safety engineering professional who is excited by the chance to set new standards in ingredient manufacturing. We are also looking for:Minimum of 2-5 years of safety process-related experience in a chemical/food manufacturing environment. Deep understanding of PSM, OSHA, NFPA, ASME, API standards and codes. Qualified PHA facilitator.Experience in EHSQS management systems and auditing.Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, team building and influencing skills.
