Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with company objectives and industry standards. Oversee the planning, execution, and finalization of engineering projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Analyze and resolve issues using advanced engineering concepts and tools. Prepare reports and necessary documentation for management and stakeholders regarding project status and other relevant findings. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and maintain the highest levels of safety and quality. Act as a mentor to junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Proficient in renewable energy technologies and energy management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and project management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication and report writing skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar credentials related to energy management or sustainability.
