Edward Jones is seeking an experienced and talented individual to help lead the team responsible for Enterprise Search at the firm. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to innovate and partner with key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional Search Experience for the firm. Providing a highly resilient platform that aligns with industry best practices and a premium user experience are top priorities for this group.

What You'll Do:

As a Product Delivery Management, you will lead change to implement, configure, enhance, and support the Enterprise Search product using leading-edge technologies. In this role, you will work closely with members of the teams, enterprise architects, business leaders, product owners, and scrum masters including continual strategy setting and evaluation of delivery team structure in alignment with firm needs and direction.

Develop and implement the firm Enterprise Search strategyBuild a team of cross-functional members to support the Enterprise Search solutionSupport the user community through direct communication and high touch interactionsCo-create and maintain the product technology roadmap Set product team success measures to deliver the right value to our usersAlign team activities and responsibilities with the firm's strategic directionRemove obstacles and coordinate resources to continually increase team effectivenessEnsure firm and division processes are followed and risk is reduced by the product teamHold teams accountable for setting and achieving Service Level ObjectivesEstablish a deep understanding of team systems, processes, priorities, and technologies while representing these aspects to all levels of Technology leadershipIn the people leadership portion of this role, this leader will be responsible for:
Coach and mentor each team member through observation and timely feedbackIdentify key team positions and develop ready-now successorsDevelop and execute on-going improvements for processes related to the teamEstablish and maintain effective communications and relationships across the organizationPartner with key vendors to remove impediments and obstacles to improve delivery cycle timesProvide leadership, development, and mentoring to associates through actionLead by example, demonstrating firm valuesQualifications:
What Experience You'll Need:
Demonstrated experience supporting large scale or enterprise-wide Search solutionsMinimum of 7 years of experience directly related to Information Systems technologyAt least 3 years' experience in a leadership capacity managing cross-functional rolesBachelor's degree preferred or related work experienceWhat Could Set You Apart:

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
