Director of Finance & Administrative Services Location: Effingham, IL office.Tick Tock Energy, Inc. is seeking candidates for Director of Finance & Administrative Services, reporting to our Vice President. You will be responsible for overseeing smooth operation of all financial aspects of the business and general administrative functions. The core areas of responsibility include: 1) Financial management & bookkeeping, 2) General Administration, 3) support Human Resource management, and 4) support Information Technology (IT).CORE DUTIES

• Oversees bookkeeping and financial activities of the business, monitors budgets and financial plans, and develops financial reports including forecasts. Prepare hours for submittal to payroll processor.
• Perform financial models, assess & analyze costs, revenues, profitability and advise management on strategic direction of company. Create weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Responsible for facility day-to-day operations; monitors the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained while taking any necessary or proactive measures. Answer incoming calls.
• Organizes, evaluates, and monitors business office operations; oversees the proper use of company resources.
• Support Human Resources related operations and activities; provides guidance where necessary; oversees personnel actions in collaboration with the management team, including new hires, orientation, training, and benefits.
