• Room for growth within an ever-growing organizationWhat You'll Do:At Lighthouse Autism Center, BCBAs play a vital role in our clients' outcomes by designing/overseeing treatment packages and staff training for their caseload. As a BCBA, you will assess, develop, and monitor behavior protocols and skill acquisition goals based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for a small caseload of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Additionally, you will lead a team of highly trained ABA Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians who are responsible for carrying out the programs/protocols you have designed for each of your clients. BCBAs are also involved in decision making for the building and assist with management of staff.Interested, but not from the area?
