DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is looking for a responsive, highly motivated, and dedicated person that is responsible for sales, project management, customer relationship building, understanding of job costing and managing budgets, budget development experience with projects and overheads, employee development and coaching, and asset utilization management. This person will be creative and innovative, have great time management skills, will be highly organized and efficient, and will aid in supporting and presenting our company values and morals to everyone on the team.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Contract management
• Equipment management
• Scheduling projects & create work assignments
• Conduct pre-job meetings
• review daily production to ensure all kpis are met
• Monitor branch budget
• Maintain government agency & contract compliance
• Ensure proper documentation/record keeping
• Oversee all existing and new supervisors, foremen, technicians, and shadow drivers in your branch
• Determine personnel needs
• Hire new employees
• Train and develop team members skills
• Handle petty cash, charge cards, toolboxes, and uniforms
• Employee relations
• Work with leadership to determine branch growth and determine projects to grow revenue
• Monitor quality controlQualificationsEDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
  • Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Greens Industry, or related field preferred.EXPERIENCE:
    • At a minimum, this position requires at least five years of upper-level management experience in the construction, railroad, vegetation management or greens industry.
    • Previous supervisory, budgeting, operational, facility, and subordinate development experience preferred.
    • Must possess good interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have excellent communication skills.OTHER:
