environment that includes grain origination, sales, and risk
management. You will have exposure to the expansive ADM network of

internship, you will be fully immersed in our team that is
responsible for developing long-term producer relationships to
secure supply chains critical to sustainably feed the worlds
growing population. Your primary experience will involve farm
direct grain origination to ADM assets, strategy, and growth of a

this internship is for YOU!Job Responsibilitiesand Gain hands-on
experience working on valuable tasks within our origination teams,
and engaging with grain producers over the phone and
in-personComplete and present a project that is identified by the
local team that will benefit ADM's customer engagement or market
positionContribute to regional and overall grain origination
objectives and initiativesDevelop a working knowledge of the
customer and local market dynamics in your territory. This may
include how local markets might provide selling opportunities, how
tailored risk management solutions might meet specific marketing
goals for the producerIdentify cross-selling opportunities within
ADM's portfolio to benefit the producerNetwork to attain positive,
collaborative relationships with internal colleagues across
divisionsEngage with accounting and administrative staff to ensure
timely and accurate accounting and contract managementEffectively
communicate competitive advantages and vulnerabilities to further
the development and success of ADM to key internal
stakeholders--STRENGTHS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE --Able to
complete an internship in the summer (May/June-August 2024)Must be
geographically flexible to relocate to ADM sitesStrong analytical
abilities, problem-solving skills, and a solutions focused mindset
are necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing environmentDemonstrate
an aptitude to evaluate and manage risk with producer
accountsComfortable exercising decision-making skillsHighly
motivated to succeed and continuously improveActively pursuing a
bachelor's degree in business or agriculture, or equivalent
experience with an anticipated graduation between December 2024 and
Summer 2026Preferred GPA of 2.8 or greaterKnowledge of Microsoft
Office softwareAbility to function effectively, both independently
and with a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills as
well as the ability to collaborate within various levels of an
organization--INTERNSHIP DETAILS--Internships are 10-12 weeks in
durationInterns are responsible for transportation to and from
