Job Description:

ATG is seeking a highly experienced and visionary IT Director to lead our IT department. The primary
goals of this role include centralizing IT systems management, driving the development of ATLAS, our
proprietary internal resource management platform, and providing IT/network services and support to
our extensive network of field professionals and offices across North America.Responsibilities:IT Leadership and Management
--- Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation,
and continuous improvement.
--- Implement IT security policies and procedures to safeguard company data and infrastructure.
--- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and timely delivery of
projects.
--- Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers to ensure the
highest quality of IT services and support.
--- Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT disaster recovery plan to minimize downtime and
ensure business continuity.
--- Provide IT/network services and support to field professionals and offices across North America,
ensuring efficient and effective communication and collaboration.
--- Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage
new tools and systems to drive business growth and efficiency.
--- Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT initiatives with overall business strategy and
objectives.
Enterprise System Development and Evolution
--- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of proprietary internal resource
management platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
--- Develop and implement a strategic IT roadmap to centralize and streamline enterprise systems
management across the organization.
--- Identify and execute on opportunities to improve workflows and overall group efficiencies by
leveraging technology
M&A Support
--- Lead the response to technical due diligence requests during an acquisition process
--- Perform technical due diligence against acquisition targets.
--- Lead integration of IT systems for acquired companiesRequirements:--- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's
degree preferred
--- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success in
leading complex IT projects and initiatives for large organizations.
--- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and enterprise software
development.
--- Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and roadmaps to drive organizational
growth and efficiency.
--- Application development management experience, including experience with Azure, SQL, and
MS Access- based applications.
--- Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets and allocate resources effectively.
--- Experience managing a cloud-hosted data center, preferably in Azure.
--- Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection regulations
--- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading
high-performing IT teams.
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
--- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
--- Willingness to travel as needed to support field employees and IT initiatives.
--- Experience in technical due diligence and integration of acquired companies
