Job Description:
Physician / Neurology / Mattoon, IL
Full time employed position joining 1 full time and 1 part time
neurologist. Full time doc has additional epilepsy fellowship
training. She is newly out of fellowship and started Fall 2013. Her
husband is a hospitalist here so she s very stable and super
nice.
Clinic located 5 minutes from hospital in a multi-specialty clinic
with FP, IM and Derm.
No competition in area.
Because our full time neuro is the only one, we ve worked out a
call arrangement that was agreeable to everyone. We will likely let
the docs figure out what works for them within reason to prevent
burnout.
Base salary - $300,000 + RVUs.
All other benefits the same as hospitalist.
Community:
Community of 10,000 in population 40 miles from Decatur, Illinois
community of 80,000 in population & 120 miles from St. Louis,
Missouri.
