Family Practice-Without OB opening in Mattoon, Illinois. Family Medicine opening in Mattoon, IL 3 hours to Chicago; 2 hours to St Louis; 1.5 hours to Springfield, IL Service area of 50,000 people Full time, permanent opening Outpatient Practice Opportunity Details: - Base salary with a two year guarantee; then uncapped RVU production - Signing bonus - Retention bonus (over 3 years) - Paid malpractice - CME - Relocation assistance - Strong pension plan - Health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage - 33 PTO days annually - Flexible call schedule Centrally located in Mattoon, Health Center is a 128-bed, community hospital in East Central Illinois - 180 miles south of Chicago and 130 miles east of St. Louis.
