I am working with one of my best clients for an Orthopedic Spine opportunity in Illinois. The award-winning hospital is in a thriving, family friendly community, just a short drive from St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Chicago.Practice Overview:-Employed by locally owned not for profit hospital - 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties-Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties-Join 4 General Orthos-Strong referral base, including Family Sports Medicine - 40 percent of referrals go straight to surgery-State of the art facilities - O-Arm, Airo CT - Will support additional equipment as needed-Broad scope of care - Multi level infusions, etc.-2 clinic days, 2 OR days-1:5 call - Not a trauma centerCompensation:-850K base salary-Additional earning through production and quality bonuses-30K retention bonus (10K per year over 3 years)-40K sign on-Hospital funded pension plan:oHospital contributes $42,500 per year (5 percent) for years 1-5oHospital contributes $85,000 per year (10 percent), ongoing, after year 6-Additional 403b with 4 percent match-Relocation assistance reimbursed up to 10k-PTO: 33 days annually-1 Week CME with 3,300 allowance-Comprehensive benefitsCommunity Overview:-Thriving, family friendly community is 50 minutes south of Champaign, a community of over 85,000-2-hour drive to St. Louis and Indianapolis-Less than 3 hours' drive to Chicago-Hospitalist does not have to live in the community-Diverse, affordable real estate - Rentals, acreage, gated communities, and build to spec options available-State of the art schools & colleges, a growing economy, beautiful parks, and sports amenitiesI look forward to working with you.Taylor LauferDirect: (call or text)
