Facility: Non-profit community hospital in central Illinois is expanding hospitalist division. Opportunity: Daytime Hospitalist openings. 7on/7off schedule, 7am to 7pm. Join an established group of 10 daytime hospitalists. Dedicated Nocturnists on staff. Nurse Practitioners on staff to support hospitalist team. No call. EMR - Cerner. Average of 15 patients per shift. Open ICU but sub-specialists on staff for support/consult. Procedures not required. Compensation: Guaranteed salary of $270,000 with achievable Quality incentives up to $40,000 (most providers are earning this). Make over $300,000 per year! Sign-on of $40,000 with $30,000 Retention or Loan Repayment Assistance. Relocation stipend of $15,000. Paid Time Off of 260 plus hours! CME allowance of 40 hours and $6,000.
