Experience:

--- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is preferred.

--- Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

--- Candidates must have a Illinois license in hand at the time of application.

--- This role will require floating to multiple units

--- Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

--- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

--- Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Information:

Weekend Scheduling:
* A weekend is defined as Friday night at 1900 until Monday morning at 0700.
* Colleagues with unexcused absence/illness during regularly scheduled weekend shifts will be automatically scheduled to work a weekend make-up shift on the next schedule (no considered over-time). The make-up shift will be in addition to your regularly scheduled weekend.

Shift: 36 Guaranteed Hours; EOW, no call required, will not ever work alone

It is possible to be floated to the surgical floor, orthopedics, geriatric psych, peds, OB, or critical care/step down with an appropriate assignment for the individual nurse's skill set.

Dress Code: royal blue scrub top and bottoms, long or short sleeve shirts or jackets may be worn in the color of white, black, grey, or royal blue
