Lead Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Therapy Acute-A

Job Description:

The Lead Speech Language Pathologist evaluates and treats patients of all ages. Serves as a role model in the delivery of professional services and as a resource for staff and students. Provides program oversight with processes and procedures to meet the referrals/patient's expectations. Collaborate with communicate with appropriate medical providers: Establish best practices Establish protocols per diagnosis Set guidelines for prioritizing care and triage Establish outcomes data to support best practice Report to leadership improvements/changes needed to improve efficiency or care delivery Provide update to therapy leadership on projects and departmental initiatives

Performs all essential job functions of an SLP.
Assists with the operations of facility or program; other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor
