work. Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Experience: --- 18 months of role
experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of
Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of
months. --- Experience with Cerner is required from any number of
months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Illinois license
(required for submission). --- This role may require floating to
additional units and locations --- Local & travel allowed.--- Flu
vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical
declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for
this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you

Additional Details: References must cover at least 1 full year of
relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Block
Schedules: No Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend. Will
clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as
needed per department needs. Med/Surg experience required. Required
Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response experience: Telemetry-
remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams. Required
Gastrointestinal Case Skills/Experience: Colostomy Care, Feeding
tube care and management. Required Genitourinary/Renal Case
Skills/Experience: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure.
Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Accessing Ports,
Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral
Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs. Required
Medication Skills/Experience: Heparin, Insulin, PCA. Required
Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Nasal
Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral
suctioning, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Tracheostomy
Management. Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation
Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac. Scrub Color: Blue, black, or
gray. Any PERM or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12
months before applying as a traveler Maximum days off: 5 days 1
reference from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference
type) - required after submission 1 reference from any number of
months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required after submission
Proof of identification required Certifications: --- BLS (Basic
Life Support)
