Experience: Minimum 1 year required. License: Active state license
required. Certifications: Chemotherapy certification required. OCN
and ONS/ONCC certifications required. Must-Have: Chemotherapy
skills/experience: Administration of chemotherapy. Body fluid
handling post-chemotherapy. Continuous infusion of chemotherapy. IV
push administration of chemotherapy. Management and disposal of
cytotoxic spills. Monitoring chemotherapy. Oral administration of
chemotherapy. Recognizing and communicating abnormal lab values. IV
therapy/infusion skills/experience: Accessing ports. Administration
of coagulation factors. Administration of antifungals and
antivirals. Blood and blood product administration. Care and
management of ports. Central line blood draw. Central line and
implanted line care. PICC line care. Starting IVs. Description: The
position involves delivering high-quality nursing care to oncology
patients. The average daily census is 24 with an operating capacity
of 24 rooms/beds. This role requires working every other weekend.
Floating within the facility may be required to meet facility
needs. This position is open to candidates willing to accommodate
block scheduling. Candidates must have the ability to recognize and
communicate abnormal lab values. Ongoing professional development
