Decatur, Illinois. This location is able to support both J-1 and

locationPosition Requirements:- Active & Unrestricted IL license
and DEA prior to starting - Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Neurology- M.D., D.O., MBBSPay Range: $ 360,667-$433,239.Core
Function: Provider Education Qualifications - Clinical doctorate is
required. Experience Qualifications - Competence in delivery of
healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients
is required. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations - Licensed
physician in the state of practice is required. - Basic Life
Support (BLS) is required. - Maintain a Controlled Substance
license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their
specialty. - Must have successfully completed, or in the process of
completing, an accredited residency program. - Must be board
