A dynamic and well-established Endocrinology practice in Peoria, Illinois is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join its expanding team. This is a full-time outpatient position offering excellent work-life balance, a collaborative clinical environment, and opportunities for academic involvement. Position Highlights: Join a thriving team of 2 Endocrinologists, 5 Advanced Practice Providers, 4 Certified Diabetes Educators, a device technician, and dedicated support staff APPS see most of the Diabetic patients so physicians can focus on more complex patients Primarily outpatient-focused practice with minimal 1:7 call Monday?Friday clinic hours: 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM with flexibility Brand-new clinic space with onsite lab and pharmacy Academic appointment available with University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria as Core Faculty H1B and J1 visa sponsorship available Benefits & Perks: Generous Paid Time Off starting Day One , including: Vacation, holidays, and well-being time CME days and allowance Sick leave (for self or family) Signing Bonus Student Loan Repayment Program Concierge Relocation Assistance Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life, retirement plans Occurrence-based malpractice coverage Physician Leadership Academy for career development Base salary range: $250,000-$300,125 annually (may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local needs. Qualifications: MD or DO, licensed (or eligible) to practice in Illinois Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology Eligible for DEA and state narcotic prescribing license Must qualify for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal program participation Must meet qualifications for malpractice and liability coverage Why Peoria?
