Assess patient conditions through observations, medical history, and interviews. Formulate bespoke treatment plans to address specific patient needs. Implement physical therapy interventions, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments as necessary. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercises. Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Strong understanding of biomechanics, therapeutic care, and rehabilitative medicine. Ability to handle physical demands of the position, including moving patients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using physical therapy software and equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license. CPR certification is preferred.
