Job Description:

critical in providing end-of-life care that respects the dignity of
patients while supporting their family members during sensitive

comprehensive nursing care to patients in a hospice setting.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver tailored
end-of-life care. Assess patient conditions regularly and adjust
care plans as needed. Offer emotional and psychological support to
patients and their families. Educate families on patient care and
end-of-life management strategies. Ensure compliance with
healthcare industry standards and ethics in hospice care.
Exceptional patient management skills and empathy Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Experience in pain and
symptom management Detail-oriented with strong organizational
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid RN license Certified Hospice and Palliative
Nurse (CHPN) certification preferred
