Compensation & Benefits :
- -Total Compensation in the $800k plus
range
- Sign-On Bonus
- $100,000 student loan repayment, maximum $20,000/year
over 5 years

Qualifications :
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: BC/BE in Urology
- Licensure: Must have Illinois Medical
license
