Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Executive
Chef to oversee and elevate the culinary operations within
educational institutions. The ideal candidate will embrace our

faculty, and visitors alike. As an Executive Chef at Aramark, you
will lead a diverse team to create appealing, nutritious, and
sustainable menus while ensuring the highest standards of food
safety and operational efficiency. Develop and implement innovative
menu items that meet nutritional guidelines and appeal to a diverse
campus community Manage the daily operations of the kitchen
including procurement, preparation, cooking, and presentation of
food Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to uphold quality and
safety standards Collaborate with nutritionists and dietary
consultants to cater to various dietary needs and preferences
Maintain cost controls and manage inventory to meet financial
targets Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation
regulations Foster a positive working environment and lead by
example regarding work ethic, attitude, and professionalism Strong
leadership and personnel management skills Excellent culinary and
presentation skills Ability to craft diverse menus and understand
nutritional content Proficient in kitchen management software and
Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Certified
Executive Chef (CEC) by the American Culinary Federation preferred
ServSafe Certification
