Staffing Coordinator Human Resources DepartmentThis is a part time, remote role Position Summary:We are actively seeking a professional candidate with excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a strong attention to detail to contribute to the overall success of a fast-paced team in ADM's Staffing department. The ideal candidate enjoys multi-tasking, including support of a team of Staffing Specialists to drive recruitment and hiring strategies within multiple business units at ADM. We are looking for someone who is highly polished, motivated, and strives to exceed expectations. The Staffing Coordinator serves as an entry point to ADM's Staffing talent pipeline and is an excellent opportunity for colleagues to gain experience in the recruitment function.This is an opportunity to:Establish a foundational level of knowledge regarding ADM's staffing philosophies and processesGain exposure and build relationships with key business partners throughout the organization Understand trends impacting Staffing performance, candidate sourcing and market intelligence and form recommendations for review by Senior leadershipWork in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStreamline processes for efficienciesJob Responsibilities:Facilitate the recruiting process by providing support to a team of recruiters across multiple lines of businessSupport recruiters with all core staffing processesGenerate job postings based on job descriptions and specific hiring manager needsSchedule candidate interviews and coordinate travel arrangements, when necessaryAssist in developing sourcing strategies for recruiters using traditional sources as well as current market trendsAssist in project work focused on implementing tools and capabilities that will allow the Staffing team to support the business with faster processes and high confidence candidatesParticipate in evaluating and updating branding and marketing materials with a focus on social media presenceJob Requirements:Working knowledge of Outlook and standard Microsoft Applications, expertise in Power Point is preferred; Power BI is a plusMust be able to collect, analyze and portray data in such a way that allows Senior leadership to make critical decisions on Staffing strategiesMust be able to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion and work well under pressureDemonstrated sound decision making ability and creative problem solvingExcellent teamwork skillsShow creativity with a desire to learn and growMust be able to work in a fast paced environment and contribute to the enhancement of the departmentMust demonstrate adaptability, confidentiality and strong communication skillsExperience working with applicant tracking system is a plus but not a requirementPrior work in HR or event management experiences is preferredShift:First ShiftCity:DecaturState:IL - IllinoisRef ID:#LI-DNPEEO:ADM is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability and veterans status.About ADM::At ADM, we unlock the power of nature to provide access to nutrition worldwide.
