Serves as Tier 1 support for all Human Resources Centers of
Excellence, responding to in-person, telephone and electronic
inquiries. Resolves issues and ensures direction and connection to
the appropriate resource is provided. Provides administrative
support to the HR function including, but not limited to,
management of HR phone system, contract coordination, budget record
maintenance, supply ordering and mail distribution. Education:
Education equivalent to graduation from high school is required.
Associate's degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum three (3)
years clerical experience (one or more of which includes HR
experience) is required. Experience answering multi-line phone
system is required. Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Outstanding
human relations skills and proven ability to work with a broad
range of people in diverse settings is required. Demonstrated
outstanding verbal and written communication skills is required.
Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office computer
applications for email, reports, documents, presentations, charts,
spreadsheets, and correspondence is required. Must possess
decision-making and problem-solving skills; motivation skills,
demonstrated initiative and ability to self-direct. Outstanding
organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities is required.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong working
relationships across all levels of the organization is required.
