JOB SUMMARYWhen you join Rural King, you become a part of our

Director will develop and lead initiatives across compensation and
benefits, payroll, and HR compliance. This associate is responsible
for ensuring competitiveness while maintaining cost efficiency,
associate engagement, and aligning with Rural King's long-term
strategy. JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead a team across compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR
compliance to drive business performance, as well as comply with
legal requirements
- Drive continuous improvement through the development and
implementation of policies, procedures, and total rewards
initiatives to attract and retain talent
- Propose and implement process and technology efficiencies to
ensure highly accurate, compliant, and efficient HR practices
- Design, analyze, and manage reporting initiatives to review
financial metrics aligning with budget, evaluate current processes,
and opportunities to improve
- Promote the development of company policy that aligns with the
organizational culture and strategic imperatives
- Act as a brand ambassador for Rural King by leading projects to
enhance our footprint and impact across our associates and the
communities we serve
- Lead our associates in a way that exemplifies the leadership
principles taught in Thrive and reinforces Thrive skills with
managers reporting to you
- May be required to cross train and perform other
dutiesQUALIFICATIONS
- At least 10 years of in HR with an emphasis on benefits and
compensation or equivalent combination of education and
experience
- Ability to participate in our online applicant and new hire
on-boarding process remotely
- Ability to complete computer-based training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability
to successfully present information to all levels of the
organization
- Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate
reports.
- Knowledge of federal and state wage and salary laws and

- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work
environment.
- Ability to complete tasks using electronic devices
