here.Position SummaryThe Human Resources Generalist I will assist
with tasks related to recruiting, benefits, compensation, employee
relations, training, and special projects. The ability to ensure
information is processed accurately as well as the ability to
maintain the highest level of confidentiality is a necessity for
this role. Primary AccountabilitiesFirst point of contact for
servicing questions from employees regarding common human resource
policies and procedures, including routine benefits and 401K
information. Utilize the HRIS system (ADP) on a daily basis.Develop
and provide HR data such as: detailed employee information,
turnover analysis, scorecard preparation, auditor requested
information, etc. Conduct weekly new employee onboarding
sessionsAssists with recruitment activities such as phone
interviews, scheduling in person interviews, drafting offer
letter.Assist with dual control of all data entry and payroll
activities. Assist in coordination of the worker's compensation and
unemployment functions.Assist in coordination of the FMLA
benefit.Responsible for maintaining the HR page of the
intranet.Responsible for the management of personnel
records.Assists in all compliance-related activities.Assists in
drafting policies and procedures.Assists with human resources
related projects.Assist in qualifying life events that result in
benefit/payroll changes. Participates in wage and benefit
surveys.Responsible for presenting a professional image to
employees. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations
including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).Position
QualificationsEducation/Experience:Associates degree or equivalent
experience (Bachelor's degree strongly preferred).Previous exposure
to ADP a plus.0-3 years of human resource/payroll experience.Strong
Microsoft Word and Excel experience. Competencies/Other
