ADM is seeking a development leader to assist in our ERP transformation and sustainment activities.This role will develop and build according to ADM integration standards and will utilize these standards to design solutions that meet operational requirements including scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability.
The role is responsible for reviewing and performing the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of designs and provides oversight of applications. Candidate should be able to communicate in Portuguese/Spanish as well as English to ensure cross-functional success between regions/geographies.Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall Integration development for solutions within their scopeWork closely with technical, functional and architecture teams to understand the business requirements and plan technology architecture and solutions in line with Azure best practices.Leverages and promotes application integration strategies, standards, guidelines, patterns, and conventions Broad understanding of Azure Integration Services and cross-functional and technical integration aspectsProvide technology guidance, road-maps, principles, standards, and best practicesProvides oversight and coaching to team membersPerform code reviews and maintain development standards.Monitor application design and ensures compliance with architectural standards.Understands tooling for the development and operation of interfaces using message brokers, SOA/ESB tools, ETL, etc.Required Skills:Prior experience with cloud technologies and/or application development platforms including PaaS, iPaas, Containers, Serverless, APIs, Microservices and DevOps5 plus years' experience in designing and building enterprise solutions on Azure Cloud Platform using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Web Apps, API Apps, Azure SQL DB, Web Jobs, Azure KeyVault, Azure AD, Azure Blob, etc.Understanding of core concepts including content-based routing, message enrichment, message transformation, guaranteed delivery, ordered delivery, and message aggregationExperience integrating multiple cross-platform systems using Azure tools to support end to end enterprise level business processes. Knowledge of Web Services, XML, XSD , SOAP , JSON , REST and ODATA Services. Knowledge of Security Standards - SSL, PGP, Encryption, SAML, OAuth etc., Knowledge of major communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, SOAP, TCPIP, JDBC, JMS etc.,Relevant Technical architect background in cloud base solution/services in SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.Experience implementing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Cloud Integration/Data Platform as a service, Business to Business (B2B) and/or Electric Data Interchange (EDI) integrationDemonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quicklyAbility and willingness to travel as needed to achieve business objectives - 15-30% Nice to Have:Strong understanding of Application to Application integration, Application Architecture, Exposure to Data modeling and data architectureExperience working in SAP landscapeExperience with configuration/automation technologies like Powershell, Terraform, ARM Templates, Biceps, PuppetsADM is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age disability and veteran status.
