Job Description Producer Origination Technical Analyst - Decatur, IL or Minneapolis, MNADM Producer Services & Origination This is a full time, exempt position. Position Summary: The Producer Origination Technical Analyst position is based in Decatur, IL or Minneapolis, MN and will report to the Director of Customer Risk. This position will have a core focus on the systems and process that support producer grain origination activities across multiple ADM businesses. The position will require management and assistance on various projects, continuous process improvements, and technical expertise that support ADM's overall producer origination efforts.
Detailed analytics and technical capabilities will be required to stay on target with competitors in the agricultural commercial space.
This role of will use a combination of business acumen and communication skills to influence how the organization faces business challenges.What You'll Do: Maintain subject matter expertise in all applications for current producer origination systems/platforms, and awareness on all new and upcoming technologiesServe as the Producer Origination Microsoft Power BI technical expert with the ability to take a business case concept and develop it into a practical and useful report designData mining or extracting usable data from valuable primary and secondary data sourcesEnhancing data collection procedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic systemsProcessing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysisAnalyzing large amounts of information to find patterns and solutionsServe as conduit between business and technical spaces on special projects, including giving input on solutions and designProvide outstanding internal customer service and problem solving for system applicationsProactively establish and maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core valuesLead marketing automation efforts from a data management standpointGive input on continuous improvement processes, and help with execution of the prioritized improvement/standardization initiatives Who We're Looking For: PreferredDegree in Computer Science or relevant field is preferredPassion for continuous improvement and automationDevelop and implement new processes and procedures Interact in a consistently professional and positive manner with various internal and external personnelExisting knowledge or willingness to learn and understand the farming/agriculture industry as it pertains to this roleHigh attention to detailStrong oral, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong collaboration skills across all levels of the organizationAbility to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with Agris and Salesforce systems a plusAMPscript, Python, SQL, C sharp, C#,

This role will work on the Producer Origination desk, which is a team that supports ADM's producer efforts and initiatives, primarily in the U.S. and Canada.
