Driver Requirements Valid CDL-A Minimum age: 21 12 months of recent
OTR or regional CDL-A experience (within the last 3 years)
Refrigerated experience Safe driving record Stable work history
Includes monthly performance sign-on pay during your first 6
months: $0.025 CPM (under 3 years exp.) or $0.05 CPM (3 years exp.)
based on miles & safe driving. Must be employed and in working
