SUMMARY:The position is responsible for the overall reliability of the assigned all maintenance records such as work orders, work authorization tickets. Specifically, ensure all documentation of work orders and work authorization tickets comply with GMP documentation policy for Akorn Operating Company LLC. Handle, manage and reconcile all documentation by mechanics, engineering technicians, maintenance machinist-specialist. Update forms, logbooks and procedures when ncessary. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Open, Publish, Review and Close Work Orders (WOs): Akorn PM Work OrderAkorn PM Work Order for Critical EquipmentAkorn Work Authorization Ticket for Non-Critical EquipmentAkorn Work Authorization Ticket for Critical EquipmentAkorn Work Order for Non-Critical EquipmentAkorn Work Order for Critical EquipmentScanning Closed WOs to AMMS database in AMMS and Engineering DriveFiling Scanned WOs to local locked file cabinetsSaving PMs that occurred during a shutdown.Saving Preventative Maintenance Request Forms (sy#0060).Accessing Forms: for current, new or retired equipment.Accessing SOPS: SY196 and ME 122.Creating New Logbooks: for current and new equipment.Logbook Review: for current and new equipment.Cleaning out old files and sending them to storage:New Equipment Folders: for all equipment cabinetsEnsure office supplies for the maintenance office are of the proper supply.Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or GED.Advance clerk skills and/or Associates Degree in Paralegal or Bookkeeping is referred.Minimum of 5 years in an office management field. Experience working in a manufacturing and maintenance field preferred.JOB PREREQUISITES:Ability to meet attendance standards. All full-time employees are required to work a 40-hr week. At times it may be necessary to work additional hours in order to get the required tasks accomplished to meet deadlines.
