High School Diploma or GED Required
3 months related experience and/or training

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations
Licensed in the state of practice, if
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS)
Driver's License - Valid Required
Licensed Paramedic Emergency Medical
Technician in state of practice - Required
TNCC or ITLS - Required
