People Operations Support SupervisorHeartland Dental is looking to expand our team! We are searching for a full-time People Operations Support Supervisor to join our growing company. You will provide critical HR support in end-to-end processes and data in an ever-growing company and build expertise in both the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and HRIS platform (UKG Pro) to support direct reports, other business units and team members. The People Operations Support Supervisor works directly with their team and with employees at all levels of the company providing extraordinary customer service and assisting with data and processes for successful preboarding and core HRIS integration needs. The People Operations Support Supervisor position is challenging yet vital to Heartland Dental s success as a leader in our industry.Heartland Dental proudly supports over 1,600 doctor-led dental offices and more than 20,000 team members across the country. We are hard-working, fun-loving and fast-growing looking for our next perfect fit!The People Operations Support Supervisor role is a front line supervisor role reporting to the HRIS Business Support Manager. The role will have direct reports. Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues in data and end-to-end processes within the applicant tracking (iCIMS) and HRIS (UKG) system for preboarding and core UKG integration activities.
  • Oversee the effective operations of their assigned team(s), which includes day-to-day planning and direction to ensure all required service levels and standards are met and maintained.
  • Direct the processing of all preboarding employment documentation, ensure appropriate tracking and auditing procedures are in place and troubleshoot operational issues to bring about effective resolutions.
  • Align all preboarding activities in iCIMS for a flawless transition of data to UKG for new employee record creation on day one of employment.
  • Develop end-to-end processes that support data integrity and efficient data handling.
  • Ensure appropriate training and/or coaching is provided to team members and users of the systems.
  • Coordinate the development and documentation of clear and concise end-to-end processes.
  • Conduct regular workflow analysis based on feedback to support process and procedural improvements.
  • Work directly with their manager to stay informed of system updates and functionality enhancements and changes in business needs to lead process and operational changes.
  • Liaison with the iCIMS and UKG System Administrators for seamless data integrations across the company s portfolio and systems.
  • Participate in projects involving iCIMS and UKG and complete tasks required.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to end users.
  • Develop job aids or user guides as needed for team members and end users of the systems
  • Assist their manager and director in achieving department goals and providing support to all HR Business Units
  • Serve as champion of change and culture
  • Represent the department in cross-functional committees and workgroups as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
    • Completion of a Bachelor s degree or acceptable combination or relevant training and experience is required;
    • Minimum three years experience in a human resources role is required
    • Previous applicant tracking or HRIS experience is required; previous iCIMS and/or UKG experience is preferred
    • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
    • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment as part of a cohesive team
    • Utilize strong organizational and accuracy skills
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the position
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities at any given time
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external constituents
