Job Description:

Midwest Home Transport is looking for a Tear Down Crew Team Lead to join our team. The Tear Down Crew Team Lead is home-based within Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, or based out of the Richland District Yard in Galion, OH, depending on where the successful candidate lives and is responsible for overseeing and performing work needed to get manufactured housing units ready to move. - -The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. He/she will have a proven track record of reliability and is motivated to be productive and maintain an upbeat atmosphere for the crew.Responsibilities: -

Support the crew - Oversee all work to prepare manufactured/mobile homes to move, drive the crew to job sites, regulate crew behavior in the field.Lead by example - The Tear Down Crew Lead will perform work and set the pace and safety culture for the crew. Create reports of work completed. Make suggestions for equipment upgrades while maintaining the current inventory, including vans and trucks. -Requirements: -

High school diploma or GED required; Ability to lead field crews and complete outside work under varying weather conditionsAbility to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent managerAbility to lift to 95 poundsProblem-solving skills and mechanical aptitudeAbility to read, write, and complete formsKnowledgeable about all safety requirements -About Midwest Home Transport: -Midwest Home Transport is dedicated to providing prompt and safe mobile and manufactured home transportation, tear down, and set up services to our customers.
