Major Duties


Classification: Exempt/Non-BargainingPosition may be located remote. #LI-Remote The Business Technologist functions as the Senior strategist for the Technology organization. Primarily responsible for defining and implementing address data architecture that is service agnostic. Provide leadership and oversight of complex processes to source, transform and maintain master address management policies and practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with telecommunications systems, processes and data structure, specifically as it relates to online service eligibility and orderability. In addition, candidates should have practical working knowledge of market demographic data sets, sales-marketing practices and customer life cycles.
Responsibilities


Evaluate commercially available data sources with which to secure baseline market address dataFull ownership of the company's service address ecosystemDevelop and maintain relationships with peer company architects to ensure industry best practices are appliedEngage partners and private practices as required to fully implement address master data management processes through Statements of WorkDevelop and maintain critical business intelligence insights: service addressing and network deploymentDefine and execute address reconciliation and cleansing strategies to maximize sales opportunitiesTest hypotheses to conclusion, validate effectiveness and present analytical findings to organizational leadership - Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations etc.Create Proof of Concepts investigating new datasets, leading edge analytic technologies and BI applicationsProvide consultative services to leadership teams across the enterprise
Qualifications


Proven ability to succeed in independent environments with little to no supervision Demonstrated record of success delivery individually and through othersStrong experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik or similarStrong experience with ETL design and implementation: Data 360 Analyze and SQLStrong experience with data modeling for BI purposesExperience with on premise and cloud infrastructureAbility to organize and perform analysis with vast data sets Ability to clearly communicate and present complex information succinctly to all audiences from management to executive leadership, board of directors, and investment partnersExperience with BSS/OSS applications including Kenan, Siebel, DPI, M6, NetCracker, and Salesforce / CPQEducation & Experience:Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years relevant industry experience.
