This is a full-time, non-exempt level position

Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is executing correct and timely payment to rail carriers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective problem solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Duties will include:

• Analyze/ investigate freight invoice differences using establish procedures and policies with limited supervision
• Demonstrate interpersonal communications skills and work well with others for conflict resolution
• Internal Communication with traffic department and various ADM divisions
• External communication with railroads
• Ability to navigate various websites efficiently
• Ability to read and comprehend rail rate contracts
• Document Direct
• Microsoft Excel
• Various ADM systems including - IMS, CICS, RMSRequirements:
  • 3 or more years of experience in office environment
  • Strong follow up skills and a problem solver
  • IBM experience is a plus
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Extensive keyboard operations
  • Bending/ Filing
