You will have the responsibility of making potential clients feel welcomed and existing clients feel appreciated. -We want someone who can make every client smile when they pick up the phone. - -Every day, we help older Americans select the health and wealth coverage they need for financial security and peace of mind. You'll -need to keep up-to-date -with the different products -we offer as well as the ways to best serve our prospects and customers. - -We're -looking for someone who enjoys a challenge - someone who is an active listener and loves to problem solve. As you'll -be a main point of contact for our clients, you'll -need to have great communication -skills and a passion to help others. Multi-tasking and working quickly is sure to be a part of the job, especially during busy times, such as the annual enrollment period. - -Other tasks may include project management, marketing, research, data analysis, and reporting. - -Responsibilities and Duties: -

• Identify, understand -and process insurance applications -
• Field incoming requests from clients and manage our online -chat -tool -
• Assist -with client requests -
• Set appointments for agents -
  • Work with carriers to resolve issues -
  • Prepare letters and emails -
  • Data entry and reporting - -Qualifications: -
    • High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor's -degree preferred -
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 -
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills -
    • Resourceful, adaptable, -and strong problem-solving skills -
