About the Role Honest Abe Roofingone of Americas fastest-growing
residential roofing brandsis looking for a motivated and strategic
Inside Sales Team Lead to guide our Terre Haute-based inside sales
operation. Youll play a central role in driving revenue growth,
coaching your team to peak performance, and collaborating with
senior leadership to shape sales strategies that convert leads into
appointments. This position blends sales leadership, operational
coordination, and customer engagement . Youll manage one or more
Inside Sales Representatives while partnering with production teams
to track project schedules and ensure a seamless experience from
the first call to roof installation. Key Responsibilities Lead and
coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve
appointment-setting and conversion goals. Collaborate with senior
leadership to design, implement, and monitor sales strategies,
campaigns, and KPIs. Oversee lead management and nurturing: call,
email, and text prospective customers to schedule roofing repair
and replacement appointments. Partner with the production team to
monitor installation schedules and relay updates to customers when
appropriate. Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities
for improvement in conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and
sales efficiency. Support and refine nurturing campaigns , ensuring
timely follow-ups with customers who previously inquired but havent
yet scheduled an appointment. Maintain CRM accuracy by ensuring all
customer interactions, appointments, and outcomes are properly
tracked and reported. Model excellence in communication ensuring
every interaction reflects the Honest Abe Roofing commitment to
professionalism, honesty, and care. Qualifications (MUST HAVE) 3
years of experience in inside sales, call center management, or
team leadership , ideally in home services or home improvement.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with proven ability to
inspire team performance. Excellent verbal and written
communication abilities; comfortable coaching others on tone,
empathy, and sales technique. Experience with CRM systems
(Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data-driven sales tracking.
High level of organizational skill and attention to detail; ability
to manage multiple priorities at once. Collaborative mindset with
the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, production,
and leadership. Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable success.
High school diploma required; college coursework in business,
